The boutique advisory firm has an outstanding track record helping innovative companies generate growth capital through private and public funding.

Headquartered in Western Australia, The Pamplona Group  has participated in numerous Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Reverse Takeover Offers (RTOs), private placements, seed and pre-IPO rounds since the company was founded a decade ago.  Pamplona has access to an extensive global network creating strong opportunities for collaboration and co-investment internationally.

International Graphite Chairman Phil Hearse said Pamplona had indepth knowledge and experience, excellent contacts and a well-earned reputation for its strong commitment to corporate clients.

“IG has a very strong offering and we are building an expert team who can help us take that message to the global market,” Mr Hearse said.

“Pamplona has the experience and credentials we need and is ideally suited to a business of our size. We are pleased to welcome them to the team.”

Pamplona Executive Director Brent Coxon said he was impressed by the depth of technical, business and industry experience in the IG team and the company’s potential to capitalise on exciting prospects in the global battery and electric vehicle industry.

“IG’s current valuation and business strategy are very attractive. The staged approach will provide a stable and reliable cashflow which will help maximise returns and minimise risk for shareholders while the company is developing its battery anode product. That makes a lot of sense to us,” he said.

The Pamplona Group manages an unlisted fund that participates and invests in attractive opportunities. It  holds mandates with a select number of ASX and non-ASX listed companies, assisting them with capital and strategic advice.

“Pamplona only takes on mandates where it co-invests to truly align ourselves with the business and their outcomes,” Mr Coxon said.
