One of Australia’s leading metallurgists and an authority on graphite project development, Mr Hearse is an engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in diverse and challenging projects around the world. His extensive career has taken him from operational and technical roles at Broken Hill, Bougainville Copper, Queensland Nickel (QNI) and Gove Alumina to senior executive and managerial positions in engineering and operating companies. Phil is leading International Graphite’s push to be a new-era leading international business in downstream graphite processing. He holds a Master of Business Administration from UK’s Hull University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Primary Metallurgy. from the University of South Australia.
Chief Executive Officer
Neil’s successful career in the finance sector spans more than two decades, starting as an Investment Advisor at one of Australia’s premier investment firms. He then spent considerable time working in Europe where he was the founding Managing Director of Truestone Capital Limited, a London based Corporate Advisory firm focused on delivering results for companies in the Australian resources sector.
Neil was appointed CEO at ASX listed Aziana Limited, a multi commodity, exploration company focused on assets in Madagascar and Louisiana and was instrumental in recommending and completing the reverse takeover of Aziana Limited by Brainchip Limited (ASX:BRN.) He maintained a Non-Executive Director position with the company during a transition period until he resigned in November 2016. Neil has considerable experience in capital raising, asset acquisition and disposals, company structuring and positioning companies for growth.
Andrew is a seasoned mining executive and experienced TSX/ASX Director with over two decades of experience working in senior finance, corporate and project management and marketing roles in the Western Australian mining sector. He is the President, CEO and Corporate Secretary of Canadian company Leadfx. Prior to this role, he was the General Manager and Company Secretary of ASX listed Toro Energy Limited, overseeing their Wiluna Project’s successful state and federal environmental permitting efforts. He also managed their project development team and corporate, financial and business development activities.His commodity experience includes nickel, cobalt, gold and iron ore operations and marketing molybdenum and uranium. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Western Australia and is a qualified chartered company secretary.
Matt is a geologist and company director with broad experience in the international mining and metals industry. He is a director of Australian Stock Exchange listed company Lindian Resources and Technical Director of AIM listed Armadale Capital which is developing the world class Mahenge Graphite Project in Tanzania. Matt has been involved in the discovery of several large graphite deposits in East Africa and is experienced in both mineral exploration and mining project development. He holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geology and Geophysics, from the University of Adelaide, in Australia.
Cameron is the Founder and Director of Infranomics, and has over 20 years’ experience across infrastructure investment, consulting, financial advisory, investment banking, operational and executive management roles both domestically and globally. His work involves significant interaction between Federal, State, and Local Government and the private sector. He specialises in infrastructure development, project financing, risk and credit, renewables, water, transport, fuel terminals and ports. Prior to founding Infranomics, Cameron joined PwC’s infrastructure practice, having previously been the Managing Director at Westralia Infrastructure and Mercuria Energy Group (Geneva.) Cameron has held a variety of other roles including COO of a Swiss technology company, director at UBS Private Equity in Zurich, renewable energy developer, turnaround specialist and private equity advisor in London. He began his career at KPMG in Sydney before transferring to KPMG Zurich.
A senior process engineer, Jasbir has held senior technical positions with experience in major mineral processing operations across Australia, Jasbir is former Technical Superintendent of the Mt Isa lead smelter, Principal Engineer with FMG, and Principal Processing Engineer with the engineering and professional services company, the Calibre Group. Jasbir is an expert in downstream graphite processing.
A commercial strategist and qualified metallurgical consultant with 30 years industry experience, David is CEO of Australia’s graphite specialists – consulting engineering company BatteryLimits. He has led operational teams and successfully managed technical studies assessing the feasibility and development of multi-million dollar graphite projects worldwide.
Greg is a senior figure in the mining industry with extensive project and operational experience, and is a Project Consultant with BatteryLimits Pty Ltd. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer for the Kapulo and Dikulushi Copper Projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and for Suhayo Gold in Indonesia. He served as Director of Operations for Agincourt Resources in Indonesia, and Engineering and Production Manager for Newcrest Mining’s Telfer Operation in Western Australia and Halmahera Operation in Indonesia.
General Manager China
An experienced marketing and business development manager, Ms Hao has over 25 years’ experience in industrial minerals, metals and applications, specialising in both Chinese and international markets for lithium-ion battery materials. Previous roles include China Project Manager and China Commercial Manager for multinational company, Imerys, and China Senior Consultant at Roskill Consulting Group. Eileen also worked for various international companies across the battery materials chain, being instrumental in representing, establishing and securing off-take agreements and strategic partnerships for several other Australian companies. She has a technical background in geology, chemistry and material engineering
Sales and Marketing Consultant
Chris is President of US-based Lone Star Tech Minerals LLC, a leading industrial minerals and graphite technical sales consulting firm. A foremost authority on international business and marketing in the graphite sector, Chris has been actively involved in all aspects of graphite processing and product development for more than 25 years. He has successfully implemented global marketing for many international graphite companies for fuel cells, li-Ion batteries, lead acid batteries, alkaline batteries, refractories, hot metal forming, engineering applications, pencil, ceramics, polymers and plastics, drilling fluids, automotive products, fire retardants, lubricants, dispersions, SiC, CGI, and geothermal applications. Chris holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas-Arlington USA and a MBA in International Business from the University of Houston Victoria, TX USA.
